- Signature of recipient required upon delivery (some will have to be home to sign the collection of the parcel. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a parcel collection slip. Price: RM4.50 (for single item weigh less than 500g)
Details:
- Bigger risk : No signature of recipient required upon delivery (postman will just drop it in your mailbox). But it will be a convenient factor if you will not have anyone home to sign for the parcel.
- Not recommended if you do not have a mailbox
- Parcel is track-able, but there is no accurate detail on the parcel status and there will be no compensation if parcel is lost.
- Customers who opt for Pos Ekpres method are expected to use it at their own risk.
